At this time all services provided are provided for private pay. I am in the process of contracting with different insurances but for the time being only accept private pay.
Autism Testing
Pricing: $1000 for 3 sessions focused on testing, general diagnostics, and exploration of findings. This includes a mental health assessment and history taking, the MIGDAS, and several other self administered exams to get a full clinical picture and to rule in and out autism. Throughout this process you can stim, ask questions, and move around as needed.
What this looks like is jumping on to a video call where we'll start with a mental health evaluation and history. This helps me get a feel for trauma, your family history, and how a disability might have impacted your life. This might take up the whole first session.
Next I'd conduct the MIGDAS, which is another interview style assessment. This gives me information about your autism symptoms and how it shows up in your life. If questions don't make sense you're always able to ask for clarity.
Last we'll do some self administered tests (or score them if you've already taken them). These give more data on symptoms. Then we'll review findings and talk about next steps.
ADHD Testing
Pricing: $800 for up to 3 sessions for a full mental health assessment, history taking, DIVA-5 assessment, and a review of findings. Throughout this process you can stim, move around as needed, and ask questions as needed.
What this looks like is us getting on a video call and starting with a mental health assessment to get a mental health history, understand trauma, and understanding family history.
Then I'd conduct the DIVA-5, which is an interview style assessment with lots of questions about focus and hyperactivity. Then we'll review findings and talk about next steps.
Accommodation Letters
Pricing: $100 per letter written up. This includes the back and forth between you and myself as I write this up, if I get it kicked back/your employer needs more information, etc.
Transition Surgery Letters
Pricing: $360
This price includes 1 to 3 sessions for a diagnostic assessment to verify if gender dysphoria is present. After a general mental health assessment I am willing to write up letters to aid you in your transition journey should they be indicated by the diagnostic assessment done.
Nuerodiversity Affirming Supervision
Pricing: $50 an hour
I am certified with the Board of Social Work to provide supervision. My experience is largely with outpatient and community based therapy, and my specialties focus largely on neurodivergent adults. If you'd like more information email me at Affirmcounselingmn@gmail.com
